The LOEP is kept by the person who directly oversees the work center’s maintenance tasks. The Work Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily workload in that area, knows exactly what equipment is in use, what preventive maintenance is due, and what tasks have been completed or are pending. Because of that hands-on authority and familiarity with the schedule and resources, they are the most appropriate to maintain and update the LOEP, ensuring it stays accurate and current. The QA Manager focuses on quality assurance and audits, the 3-M Coordinator oversees overall 3-M program compliance, and the Divisional Officer has broader supervisory duties, but the day-to-day LOEP maintenance sits with the work center supervisor.
